Requirements
- EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of purchasing experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervises staff involved in purchasing, preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports budget and accounts payable.
- Receives requests for all types of goods and non-professional services for processing in eMARS in accordance with Model Procurement Code.
- Creates and issues requests for quotes from vendors.
- Negotiates with vendors regarding price, delivery, etc. for quotes and bid preparation.
- Monitors all purchase made for compliance with Model Procurement Code.
- Other duties as assigned.
