About The Position

Established North Las Vegas Manufacturer is looking for a Purchasing Clerk. This position will involve training, and candidates must have good computer skills. The Purchasing Clerk will communicate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, scan work orders and purchase orders, and handle daily filing and scanning tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing back long filing and scanning, running reports related to planning work orders, expediting, purchasing, and receipt of parts, and allocating work order information to open purchase orders. The role may also involve performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. A problem-solving attitude, ability to learn systems quickly, and being deadline and detail-oriented are essential. Strong knowledge of Excel is required.
