Requirements

• Supervisor and/or manager recommendation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general inventory practices
• Applied knowledge and practice using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word documents
• Ability to plan around month/year end closings
• Critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with Microsoft D365 and BOMS software
• Knowledge of metal building fabrication

Responsibilities

• Receiving/entering all warehouse and steel receipts
• Relieving inventory daily
• Completing inventory tracking and investigating inventory discrepancies
• Managing physical inventory counts
• Preparing month end reports
• Completing and tracking inventory adjustments
• Addressing inventory concerns from internal customers
• Assisting in processing raw material claims
• Filing and scanning inventory documents
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager
• Backing-up other purchasing teammates
