NQM Funding, LLC, also known as Premier Mortgage Associates, is a well-established mortgage company with a 25-year history dedicated to helping individuals achieve homeownership and improve their financial situations through refinancing. Our core business principle revolves around prioritizing client needs, which is why we focus on building relationships rather than merely generating leads. We are currently seeking a Purchase Funder to join our Corporate Office in a remote capacity. This position is crucial in ensuring the accurate review of loan files and payment histories to establish correct Unpaid Principal Balances, Escrows, and other financial details necessary for the purchase of loans from Correspondent Clients. As a Purchase Funder, you will be responsible for funding cleared correspondent loans that are ready for purchase. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and third parties to efficiently fund compliant and saleable loans. You will review pay histories and loan documentation to compute Purchase Advice and manage wire transfers for the Correspondent Channel. Additionally, you will track the pipeline for new loans from wire completion to ensure that wires are ordered accurately and in compliance with regulations. You will also engage with warehouses on loans that require additional documentation for wire transfers or address wire exception requests. Furthermore, you will assist Correspondent Clients with any wire-related questions or concerns and work alongside the secondary team for pricing reconciliation. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to plan, organize, and make decisions effectively. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to influence and lead, are essential for success in this role.
