We’re hiring a Punchout Technician to complete final touch-ups and quality checks on residential units before handover. This role focuses on detail work to ensure each unit meets high standards.
Requirements
- Experience with residential punch-out or finish work

Responsibilities
- Perform touch-up painting, caulking, and light trim carpentry
- Complete drywall repairs, light plumbing fixes, and cosmetic punch work
- Handle general construction clean-up and final inspections
- Ensure all work meets project specs and deadlines
