About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate punch press machines to fabricate parts per work orders, drawings, and specifications Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Inspect parts during and after production to ensure quality standards are met Measure parts using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Perform basic setups, tool changes, and adjustments as trained Identify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, or safety concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards Accurately complete production and quality documentation Follow all company safety policies and procedures Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to expand skillset Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience required Experience operating punch press or similar fabrication equipment preferred Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Willingness and desire to learn new machines, processes, and skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Repetitive use of hands and arms Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment Preferred Skills (Not Required) CNC punch press experience Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication Experience with quality inspection processes Forklift or material handling experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Training and development opportunities Stable work environment with growth potential Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options (as applicable)

Requirements
