About The Position

Pumping Unit Field Technician Location: Dickinson, ND We’re looking for hard-working, dependable individuals who aren’t afraid of long days, tough weather, and getting their hands dirty. If you take pride in mechanical work, show up ready to work, and put safety first, we want you on our team. This position is 90% field-based. You’ll be out at wellsites in North Dakota heat, cold, wind, and snow. The job is physical. It’s hands-on. And it’s critical to keeping our customers producing. Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude — you need to understand how equipment works
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when the job calls for it
Ability to work in extreme heat and sub-zero cold
Valid Driver’s License required (CDL preferred)
Clean driving record
Reliable phone and ability to respond when called

Nice To Haves

Oilfield, pumping unit, or field service experience preferred — but we will train the right person

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing pumping units
Assisting with pumping unit installations alongside crane operators and rig crews
Operating commercial trucks and company equipment safely
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Completing tickets, job reports, timesheets, and equipment records accurately
Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns immediately
Following all safety procedures and participating in Job Safety Analyses (JSA)
Being available for 24-hour on-call rotation
Taking on additional duties as assigned
