About The Position
Big John Site Services is a growing, locally family owned and operated sanitation company seeking a dependable and hardworking Pump Truck Driver / Service Technician to join our team.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required)
- Experience driving trucks and/or towing trailers preferred
- Ability to lift 50–150 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- Comfortable using mobile apps for routing and communication
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- MVR required as well as pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities
- Service, clean, deliver, and remove portable toilets on assigned routes
- Operate pump truck safely (air brake experience preferred)
- Provide professional customer service on-site
- Complete routes efficiently and adjust to schedule changes as needed
- Perform basic maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
