Pump Technician on first shift (6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday). Assembling, disassembling, hydrostatic testing and performance testing of pumps. As a member of the Production Team, you will be assembling, disassembling, and testing our various pump solutions. Our Technicians also work together with receiving and stocking inventory, pulling orders for both pump and parts orders, assembling parts orders, prepping and painting orders, and packaging orders for shipment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a mechanical assembly operator or test technician
  • Experience with assembling and disassembling pumps or other rotating/mechanical equipment, including tearing them down according to standard procedure
  • Fork-Lift/Crane experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills and enjoys a variety of work / multi-tasking
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, squat, push, pull and move about the facility
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift and carry heavy loads, perform manual labor.
  • Ability to work in areas involving heights, enclosed spaces, and near or above water.
  • Work with material handling equipment, hand tools, and daily exposure to shop elements
  • Walk or stand at least 8+ hours per day
  • Ability to work overtime occasionally
