The Pulp Mill Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for organizing, training operators, and directing manufacturing and supervisory activities in aspects of the Bleach Plant, ClO2 plant, Wastewater Treatment plant, and Woodyard. This role involves optimizing pulp production, profitability, and quality while assuring safety, environmental compliance, and housekeeping are maintained for the 24-7 operation. The position requires developing long-term operational plans for annual production forecasts and supervising procedures that closely monitor operations.
