Position Overview: Arizona Critical Care Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. This full-time hospital-based position involves inpatient pulmonary consults and ongoing care at a hospital located in the East Valley region of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert inpatient pulmonary consultation and management Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic respiratory conditions Collaborate with critical care, hospitalist, and specialty teams to ensure high-quality, multidisciplinary patient care Interpret and evaluate pulmonary function tests, chest imaging, and sleep studies Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medical staff activities Deliver care with a patient-first, evidence-based philosophy Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arizona Inpatient and ICU experience preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Work Schedule: Full-time position with flexible scheduling options Rotating call shared equitably among pulmonary team members Why Join Us: Arizona Critical Care Specialists is a physician-led practice known for delivering innovative, high-quality pulmonary and critical care services.
