About The Position
Geisinger is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in practicing 100% Pulmonary Medicine, to join our welcoming practice in Wilkes-Barre, PA. At a Glance: Comprehensive specialty training provided to be successful Provider skill mix: 5 attendings and 3 APs Provider primarily performs outpatient consultations and occasionally inpatient consultations See general pulmonary cases such as COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer and post COVID complications Outpatient appointments are 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow up visits Competitive compensation plus $10k start incentive Incredible Benefits Start on Day 1: Health, dental, vision, prescription plans, etc. 23 days of PTO plus holidays, parental and military leave CME: 10 working days and $3,000/year Fully paid relocation Geisinger qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program!
