About The Position

This full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care position offers a balanced blend of inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive, physician-led environment focused on quality—not volume.

Inpatient volume: 3–5 patients per day
Outpatient clinic: 15–18 patients per day
Appointment lengths:
o New patients: 30 minutes
o Established patients: 15 minutes
Modern facilities with strong specialty and hospital support
Emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care without burnout

Requirements

• Kentucky Medical License and Kentucky DEA (or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• EBUS experience preferred
• Robotic bronchoscopy experience a plus (available once equipment is in place)
• Willingness to train or expand skill set supported

Responsibilities

• Inpatient care
• Outpatient care
• Consult-based call model
• New patient consults: approximately 2–4 per day
• Nighttime call requiring onsite presence: approximately 1x per month
