About The Position

Lovelace Medical Group is seeking a skilled BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician for a growth opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves working with a collegial team in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including the MICU and CVICU. The physician will be part of a supportive environment with a focus on critical care and pulmonary procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with ECMO, Impella, and other mechanical circulatory support.
• Certifications in Stroke, BLS, and ACLS.
• Open to new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage patients in the MICU and CVICU.
• Perform procedures such as bronchoscopy, central venous access, arterial catheter placement, and thoracentesis.
• Participate in hospital call duties, with a schedule of four days of call per month.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and advanced practice providers (APPs).
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient management and documentation.
