We're seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Publishing Royalty Analyst to help ensure our songwriters and partners are cared for with excellence and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Music Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in publishing royalty administration (internships included).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools.
• Working knowledge of song publishing royalties, copyright laws, and publishing practices.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Vistex Music Maestro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare publishing royalty statements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with our copyright team on new deals and song research using trusted resources.
• Manage incoming royalty data, statements, and portals for seamless operations.
• Support royalty runs, payments, and quarterly reporting for songwriters and catalogs.
• Ensure all work is handled with excellence, integrity, and alignment with our mission.
