Publishing Pathways is a free, seven-week educational program designed for working professionals with five or more years of full-time work experience who are interested in learning about Penguin Random House and the publishing industry. The program includes evening panels featuring professionals in Art and Design, Marketing, and Sales, who will share their career paths, daily responsibilities, and the skills they seek in new hires. Participants will have access to proprietary learning materials, one-on-one meetings with professionals in their desired field, and a review of their cover letter and resume by the Talent Acquisition team. The program runs from July 1, 2025, to August 15, 2025, and consists of three phases: attending evening classes/workshops/panels related to sales in the publishing industry, conducting informational interviews with sales professionals at Penguin Random House, and receiving cover letter and resume reviews.
