As a Publisher Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our partners maximize their impact and revenue through data-driven strategies and collaborative partnership. About the Role As a Publisher Account Manager, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to publishers, leveraging deep knowledge of digital media and programmatic advertising to drive results. Build and nurture long-term relationships with publisher partners, ensuring their success on the Disqus and Zeta platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, product, and analytics teams to deliver tailored solutions and optimize performance. Analyze yield, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights using advanced data tools. Advocate for publisher needs internally, sharing market feedback to inform product innovation.

Requirements

2-5 years’ experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or SaaS account management.
Proven success in building and growing client relationships, ideally with publishers or ad networks.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities via email and video call.
Consultative approach, with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering value.
Bachelor’s degree required
