Summary The Publicist plays a key role in supporting clear, timely, and mission-aligned communication with press and stakeholders. This role develops and executes press strategies and manages day-to-day press logistics for on-site programs and events, including coordinating private press visits, accompanying press on site, and supporting photo and video shoots. The Publicist maintains the museum’s press inbox and contact lists; oversees press mailings and tracking documents; and develops comprehensive press coverage reports. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the coordinator supports cohesive storytelling and the smooth execution of press and communications initiatives that amplify the Museum’s visibility and impact.
