About The Position

The position involves the maintenance of 1000 bridges and culverts throughout 39 municipalities in Morris County. Under the direction of the Bridge Division, the candidate will perform routine tasks such as brush cutting, rail painting, concrete forming, mixing and patching, salting bridge sidewalks, snow removal on sidewalks and roads, and replacement of drainage pipes. The candidate will be required to use various hand tools and power equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Preferred one year experience in Public Works/related construction work
• Must possess a Class B or A license at all times
• Must have a CDL
• Ability to read and write English
