The work of this class involves no supervisory duties. Incumbents receive general supervision from a technical superior. Employees in this class work a conventional workweek; some evening and weekend hours may be required. Work is performed outdoors where incumbents are exposed to construction sites, inclement weather, dust, noise and traffic. Work requires minimal physical exertion; however, there may be periods of prolonged standing or walking.
