About The Position

The Public Works Director for the City of Taylorsville is responsible for overseeing the operational duties of the Water and Sewer department. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited high school.
• Five years of experience in water distribution, wastewater treatment, or collection system operations.
• Ability to obtain a Grade II Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification within 24 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain a Grade II Collection System Operator Certification within 24 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain a Grade III Distribution Certification within 24 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license.
