  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and safe public space.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front of the house and back-of-house areas.
  • Vacuum and clean hotel elevator landings, including all surfaces, glass, and furniture.
  • Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding for washing and return clean glassware back to service landings.
  • Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom/suite issues and report maintenance needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service landings and linen closets, including trash removal.
  • Clean and sanitize public areas, including lobby, bathrooms, elevators, and fitness center equipment.
  • Refill sanitizing stations and replenish paper goods in bathrooms.
  • Walk through guest floors to remove dirty linens or trash.
  • Report any security or safety-related issues to the manager/supervisor.
  • Minimum of one year hospitality experience in housekeeping.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
