About The Position

As a Public Space Attendant , you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine appearance of our hotel’s public areas. You’ll be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all guest-facing spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas. This position is part of our Housekeeping team and contributes directly to the overall guest impression and brand excellence of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel or luxury environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas including restrooms, hallways, lobby, elevators, fitness center, and employee areas.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, glass polishing, and trash removal.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for cleaning or maintenance support in public spaces.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the use of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to Engineering or Housekeeping leadership.
• Uphold L’Ermitage’s standards of luxury, discretion, and impeccable service in all interactions.
