About The Position

WE LOVE OUR WORK. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells, fitness areas, meeting rooms, and exterior walkways. Dusts, sweeps, mops, vacuums, and polishes floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other surfaces to maintain a polished, streak-free appearance. Maintains public restrooms by cleaning regularly and replenishing paper products, soap, and other guest amenities. Empties trash and recycling, replaces liners, and ensures proper disposal throughout public and service areas. Ensures public areas remain clean, organized, and visually impeccable throughout the shift in alignment with Four-Diamond standards. Greets guests professionally when encountered, offers assistance, and responds promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or cleaning requests. Identifies and reports maintenance needs, spills, safety hazards, or repair issues and completes work orders accurately. Uses cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, follows OSHA, PPE, bloodborne pathogen, key control and safety procedures, and maintains clean, functional tools and carts. Maintains housekeeping closets, carts, and supply areas in a clean, orderly, and secure condition and communicates supply or equipment needs. Assists with cleaning guestrooms, special projects, deep-cleaning assignments, seasonal tasks, and emergency procedures. Any additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must exhibit strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance is required
  • Must have the ability to respond to visual and verbal cues, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
