About The Position

The Assistant Regional Program Manager is responsible for overseeing pre-construction and construction activities for various programs including CHIP, RAMP, Large Culvert, and LCP. This role involves developing regional policies, reviewing project budgets and schedules, and coaching program employees. The position requires collaboration with Maintenance & Operations to set goals and ensure consistency in standards and quality control for regional design work.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer.
  • Four (4) years of work experience in civil engineering at the professional level.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all pre-construction and construction activities for CHIP, RAMP, Large Culvert, and LCP programs.
  • Develop regional policy related to project management.
  • Review and approve project budgets and schedules.
  • Coach and support program employees.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance & Operations to set goals and expectations for programs.
  • Work with management staff to ensure statewide consistency in standards and specifications.
