About The Position
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a Public Service Intern 1, Information Technology [R0146055]. The primary functions of this position are as follows: Assist the imaging system administrator with maintaining the software catalog and ensuring that it deploys without errors. Assist with the packaging, testing, and verification of software for distribution using the desktop management system. Assist with imaging and deployment. The essential functions of the position include the following: 60% Endpoint imaging and deployment and imaging system maintenance. 10% Process and configuration documentation. 30% Software packaging, testing, and verification. This position will work 30 hours per week. Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday (8AM - 5PM). Final schedule will vary depending on the needs of the department and class schedule.
