About The Position
The Public Service Associate is responsible for performing a variety of technical duties related to property recording and property taxation, including cash receipting, processing land records documents, updating property tax information, posting of financial information, and other general office duties. The position is also responsible for assisting customers with passport applications and questions. Responsible for performing a wide variety of daily customer service-oriented job functions involving the specialized knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements, operating procedures, and software programs.
