Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Public Sector Business Leader. Come join our team! (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. The Public Sector Business Leader will be Seller/Do'er leading our New England public sector (K-12, Higher Education and Municipal) practice. Managing an exisiting team and book of business of OPM services, grow the business in a profitable manner with appropriate hires, develop win strategies to capture public projects/target current and new clients in MA/RI/CT/NH. Responsible for consistent and growing revenue, client management, leading BD pursuits, developing and maintaining relationships, and build a culture of greatness

Requirements

  • BS in any Engineering field

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer (P.E) and or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and existing book of OPM work
  • Develop strategies to grow each year; solicit and recommend new hires in support of growth
  • Further existing client relationships, develop new ones
  • Maintain specific metrics on recoverability of the team, growth % and profits
