This is an active, highly interactive role—not a passive security position—and requires consistent engagement across all lines of business. Team Members serve as a visible, approachable presence throughout the resort, working collaboratively and communicating continuously with teammates, departments, and stakeholders while on shift. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in dynamic or high-stress situations. Public Safety Team Members are expected to de-escalate conflicts, respond to incidents with care and professionalism, and protect sensitive or confidential information with discretion and integrity.
