Public Safety Officer (All Shifts) Kane Realty Corporation | Raleigh, NC Kane Realty Corporation is seeking full-time Public Safety Officers to join our team across all shifts- 1st (7am–3pm), 2nd (3pm–11pm), and 3rd (11pm–7am) . Your Impact as a Public Safety Officer In this role, you are more than a safety presence-you are a trusted ambassador of our communities. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors Patrol properties to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment Ensure compliance with safety standards and property expectations Provide guidance and support to team members on safety practices Accurately document incidents and complete reports in a timely manner Respond to situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and care Your work plays a vital role in creating spaces where people feel comfortable, secure, and proud to be. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and access to a working phone Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Bilingual skills are a plus You'll thrive in this role if you are: Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable demeanor Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented A strong communicator (verbal and written) Calm under pressure with good decision-making skills Guided by integrity and professionalism Schedule This is a full-time, 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling across all shifts.
