Are you ready to begin your Authority Life journey? The Savannah Convention Center is currently seeking a full-time Public Safety Officer to join our family! Be a part of our team of the 330,000 square foot Savannah Convention Center currently undergoing an expansion and located directly across from historic Savannah and on the Savannah River. The full-time Public Safety Officer reports to the Public Safety Manager. The Public Safety Officer shall be responsible for the implementation of security policies and procedures of the department under the direction of the Public Safety Manager. Duties include but are not limited to: patrolling the interior and dock areas of the facility, completing written incident reports and departmental documents, and responding to emergency situations.
