About The Position
The position involves performing security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual Security Officers' rounds. The role requires coordinating facility responses to various potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring equitable enforcement. The individual will follow guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of care. Additionally, the position involves working with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to security and safety, as well as participating in employee awareness and education. Driving may be required for company business.
