Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized under stressful and rapidly changing work patterns.
• Effective decision making skills.
• Previous operator and clerical experience preferred.
• Must be available to train full-time on first shift for 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Receives and triages incoming calls from the Hospital's main number.
• Provides paging services to hospital staff and emergency notification according to established protocols and procedures.
• Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
