Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful PR campaigns.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of PR efforts and media coverage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute public relations strategies to promote our brand and initiatives.
Create press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials to communicate with the media and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure coverage for the organization.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaigns to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Manage crisis communication efforts and develop strategies to mitigate potential reputation risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with organizational goals.
