Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the organization's reputation.
• Manage media relations and serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
• Collaborate with senior management to create community engagement strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including schools, government, and media outlets.
• Develop internal and external communication strategies for various audiences.
• Communicate the organization's programs and services to potential partners and clients.
• Prepare staff for media interviews and represent the organization as a brand ambassador.
• Plan and attend community events to showcase the organization.
• Manage event calendars and coordinate staff participation.
• Support the marketing team with promotional materials for events.
• Assist in managing the organization's social media presence.
• Maintain databases of key stakeholders and media contacts.
• Assist in the creation and publication of the organization's Annual Report.
