JOB SUMMARY: Oversees the development of Universal Kids Resort’s (UKR) Public Relations strategy in partnership across Marketing & Sales for various UKR communications initiatives. Leads the strategy and tactics to help tell the larger destination story, including the on-site hotel, through the development of PR plans and messaging targeted to key media in assigned market segments. Partners heavily with UKR’s External Affairs department to support external/corporate communications, issues, and inquiries while evaluating requests and escalating to Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) Corporate Communications for alignment and approvals.
