About The Position

We are a rapidly expanding event marketing firm that delivers marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national clients. We’re seeking a Public Relations & Communications Assistant to help lead our PR initiatives and maintain strong relationships with clients and the public.

Requirements

• Previous experience in public relations, sales, marketing, or related fields
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Positive, professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and grow professionally
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with senior management
• Organize and represent the company at PR events, serving as a company spokesperson
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and communicate promotional services clearly
• Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals
• Establish cooperative relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups
• Coach client representatives on effective communication with the public and employees
• Analyze organizational objectives and promotional policies to develop impactful PR strategies
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image and public identity
• Work with managers to monitor advertising trends and ensure alignment with PR efforts
