About The Position
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will support our PR initiatives by assisting in the development and execution of effective media strategies to enhance our brand's image and reputation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively liaise with media contacts, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with media databases, press release distribution platforms, and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
- Maintain and update media contact lists to ensure accurate and current information.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on press mentions and industry trends.
- Coordinate logistics and support for press conferences, media events, and interviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with promotional campaigns.
