About The Position
At Hotwire our Account Coordinator role is equivalent to an Assistant Account Executive. This hybrid role is open to our office location in New York or San Francisco. You have a dynamic personality and bring a fresh perspective to our client services team. You seamlessly integrate into and effectively communicate with diverse client teams, leveraging your previous internship experiences to help execute existing client campaigns with precision in a fast paced environment. Your exceptional multi-tasking skills will enable you to manage a variety of tasks and projects across different tech industries. Your passion for learning drives you to be recognized as an industry expert for the accounts you support, serving as a trusted advisor to your teams and clients. You execute excellent time and organizational management skills and have the ability to stay on top of client, competitor, and industry news. As the central hub of information, you have the outstanding ability to assist in managing projects from inception to completion, uncovering editorial and media opportunities.
