We are currently accepting applications for a Public Market Concierge . This role is responsible for keeping the Lenexa Public Market clean, presentable, and safe for operators and customers; taking and responding to questions from both market operators and customers, and assisting with market promotion and events. The Public Market Concierge is a self-starter, customer service oriented, and can work independently without supervision. Position Summary Primary functions include keeping the market common areas free of trash and clutter; the furniture, fixtures, and equipment clean and in working condition; and ensuring non-public areas remain secure. The Concierge will act as a customer service representative for the market to both the operators and to the public. The Concierge will assist in scheduling/booking the space for events, preparing the market for classes and events, and promoting market operators and events through social media. Hours Must be available to work 12 to 15 hours per week and available to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
