About The Position
This position is grant funded. Therefore, it is solely dependent on the availability of grant funds. Under the direction of the Detoxification Department (The ROOTS), the role is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of a Comprehensive Quality Management (CQM) program that complies with standards dictated by funders. The position will identify core performance measures critical to the care and treatment of people living with mental health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Responsibilities include conducting and reviewing client satisfaction surveys and reporting any unusual or recurring patient care issues that arise from the survey results.
