Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage in supervisory responsibilities including communication, motivation, training, and evaluation of employees.
  • Plan and direct employees' work, including hiring, promoting, and disciplining staff.
  • Support and report on daily operations of the clinic health services department.
  • Oversee programmatic operations for clinical programs, including STI/DIS Field Operations and Prescription Assistance Programs.
  • Monitor and improve performance of STD Field Operations case management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare service components using quality assurance tools.
  • Prepare monthly status reports on clinic services, costs, and productivity.
  • Evaluate clinical effectiveness through data aggregation and reporting.
  • Manage appointment schedules and patient flow to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Responsible for financial planning and contract management within the Clinical Services Division.
  • Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and ensure staff preparedness for emergencies.
