About The Position
The Disease Prevention & Control Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of processes for the public health disease prevention and control program. This position works as part of a team concerned with disease investigations and immunization services and collaborates with the DPC Public Health Supervisor. Dakota County aims to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive of diverse people, backgrounds, and experiences.
