Summary Statement This position serves as the overall administrator for Birth to Three (B23) Early Intervention Program. Will supervise the Delaware Part C Coordinator & will directly or indirectly supervise a staff of at least 10 FTEs & 2 casual/seasonals. The Administrator in collaboration with the Part C Coordinator will coordinate public & private B23 Early Intervention Services & provide guidance for the implementation of Part C services to ensure positive early learning & health outcomes for children birth to three years old. Other duties include grant writing & submission, budget oversight, contract/grant management; creation of policies/procedures & operational initiatives using DPH strategic plan. Note: Will play a role during emergency activations. Position may move to the Department of Education within two – three years.
