About The Position

Represents indigent adults and juveniles charged with serious criminal offenses. Performs duties without regular supervisory guidance. Attorney II’s are periodically assigned complex legal matters. Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must possess and maintain current membership in the S.C. Bar Association.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Experience as a practicing attorney.
