The Public Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining content for the Training Department’s digital presences, particularly the primary website and social media platforms. This position will perform content updates for department sites and fulfill requests for additional website updates, adhering to university and web governance policies, brand and content guidelines, writing style guides, and the digital accessibility policy— including periodic reviews of content to ensure clarity and accuracy. This position may also provide support for the department’s podcast channel. Additionally, duties include management of department’s Google Analytics account and social media accounts, and creating written and visual digital assets. This position will work with the Senior Associate Director of Communications to oversee all communications issued by the Office that serves students (prospective, current, graduate/professional), staff, and colleagues across campus through collaborative projects as part of the Communications and Marketing Team. Work Schedule 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
