About The Position

Come join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the newly built, state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences. The Public Areas Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the participant facility public space, along with back of house colleague areas. This position will be primarily PM/evening shifts. Requirements

• A true desire to deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight for the duration of shift.
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the participant facility public space.
• Clean back of house colleague areas.
• Communicate professionally with facility participants and colleagues.
• Display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants.
