About The Position
The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a House Attendant to join their housekeeping team! Connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs®, this 1000+ room property offer comfortable and modern amenities with stunning panoramic views from either our Tower or Island Building. All suites and most guest rooms feature a private balcony for incredible views of Disney Springs® and Walt Disney World® Resort. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hotel housekeeping at a similar sized property, the ability to communicate in English, and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shift Pattern: typical shift is from 3\:30pm - Midnight Pay Rate\: $18.50 per hour What are the benefits of working for Hilton? As a Public Area/Lobby Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- experience working in hotel housekeeping at a similar sized property

Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
- Perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of soiled linens, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, insects and debris and emptying ashtrays.
- Greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example\: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
- Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms, as needed.
