Responsibilities

• Clean all hotel lobby areas to include but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, taking out the trash.
• Clean all public restrooms to include but not limited to clean sinks and toilets, sweep and mop floor, replenish supplies, take out the trash.
• Clean pool area to include but not limited to replenishing supplies, taking out all the trash, clean glass windows, wipe down tables and all surfaces.
• Clean exercise room to include but not limited to cleaning all mirrors, wiping down equipment, taking out trash, running vacuum cleaner, clean glass doors.
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms and laundry when needed.
• Complete general cleaning of administrative offices and Front Office areas to include but not limited to removing all trash, vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping non-carpeted areas.
• Complete general cleaning of Associate break room to include but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, taking out the trash.
• Deliver various items to guests including but not limited to towels, bedding, cribs, toiletry items.
• Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures.
• Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and services.
• Carry out any reasonable request by Management that is able to be performed.
