About The Position

Join Our Team. We invite you to apply to join our team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as a Public Area Attendant in our Housekeeping Department! The Public Area Attendant is an essential member of the Housekeeping team which is critical to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel while providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Passion for luxury hospitality.
• Passion for cleanliness and a beautiful product.
• One year of luxury hotel housekeeping experience.
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork.
